Refunds & Exchanges
We offer both refunds and exchanges on eligible items.

Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within up to 14 business days from the date the returned item is received and inspected.

Eligibility.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition

  • Items must be returned with original packaging and tags

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping fees will be Paid by the customer and may be collected by the courier upon pickup

Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used during the purchase

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Refunds for COD orders will be processed via InstaPay or any mobile wallet

Discounted Items

  • Items purchased on discount or promotion are not eligible for refunds

  • Exchanges are allowed within the offer period, subject to item availability

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will exchange it free of charge, including shipping fees
